TGYS Board Seats

The Tony Grampsas Youth Services (TGYS) program is a statutory program providing funding to community-based organizations working to prevent youth crime and violence, youth alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, student dropout, and child abuse and neglect.
In accordance with C.R.S. 26-6.8-103, the TGYS Board provides leadership for the TGYS Program. The TGYS Board is authorized to collaborate with the department to develop program guidelines, grant application timelines, criteria for awarding grants, and result-oriented criteria for measuring the effectiveness of programs that receive TGYS funds.
The TGYS Program is seeking individuals interested in serving on the Board for current and future vacancies. For current vacancies, TGYS is specifically seeking board members who are not registered Democrats to be in alignment with our statutory requirement of having no more than seven members affiliated with the same political party. We also encourage applicants from rural, rural resort, and tribal communities to apply to the board! Visit the TGYS Board page for additional information and complete the TGYS Board Member Interest Form or complete the Boards and Commissions Application Form to be considered for this opportunity. For current vacancies, please apply by April 6, 2026.
