Mollie Bradlee joins OCYF as Deputy Director

Mollie Bradlee: Deputy Director at the Office of Children, Youth, and Families.

Effective July 1, Mollie Bradlee will serve as the Deputy Director for the CDHS Office of Children, Youth and Families.

As a Foster America Fellow working at CDHS, Mollie has collaborated with leaders across the State of Colorado, local providers, impact investors and academic evaluators to implement three Pay for Success initiatives, including projects to expand the availability of Multi-Systemic Therapy, connect Denver runaway youth with prevention services, and increase educational engagement of youth in out-of-home care. 

Prior to Foster America, Mollie served as a Program Examiner in the White House Office of Management and Budget where she conducted legislative, economic and regulatory analyses to evaluate the impact of a portfolio of approximately $14 billion in federal programs. Mollie previously worked as a Policy Advisor for the White House Domestic Policy Council and as an Associate for the Immigration and the States program at Pew Charitable Trusts. She started her career providing direct services to immigrant and refugee families.

In her role as Deputy Director, Mollie will develop and guide a strategic plan to achieve a shared, strategic impact across all of OCYF’s programs and divisions.
