New flowchart shows funding options for residential treatment

The Colorado Department of Human Services has released a desk aid to provide county child welfare agencies guidance regarding obtaining funding and approval for residential treatment for children and youth. This flowchart is also designed to work in most situations, understanding that some situations will require more discussion with agency leadership and cross-system collaboration.
