April Child Abuse Prevention Month Colorado Kick-Off

April, Tue 4 11:00 AM America/Denver
ends April, Wed 5 12:00 PM
Colorado State Capitol - West Foyer

Join Colorado Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Campaign Partners to kick-off National Child Abuse Prevention Month in Colorado.

Bring your children and help us plant a pinwheel garden at the Capitol! In essence, the pinwheel has come to serve as a physical embodiment, or reminder of the healthy starts we want for all children and has become one of the national symbols for child abuse prevention.

Communities across the nation and Colorado are planting pinwheel gardens and wearing blue as a sign of our collective commitment to prioritizing children and families.

Help kick-off a month of awareness events and prevention activities throughout Colorado! Let us know you're coming on our Facebook Event page.
