2027 Annual Progress and Services Report Stakeholder Feedback

The Colorado Department of Human Services Division of Child Welfare is in the final stages of writing the 2027 Annual Progress and Services Report (“APSR”) for federal submission. We value the input of our stakeholders and would like to invite you to participate in the following opportunities to provide feedback via scheduled teleconferences.

The 2027 APSR submission is the second report on the 2025-2029 Child and Family Services Plan (“CFSP,” PDF). The APSR documents the Department’s progress toward accomplishing the goals, objectives, and interventions in the 2025-2029 CFSP, in addition to the requirements set forth in the Administration for Children and Families’ (“ACF”) program instruction related to the 2027 APSR.

We will host four stakeholder feedback sessions, and we invite you to participate in any of the following calls:
