Child Welfare Performance Improvement Plan Learning Symposium
In 2017, Colorado completed round three of the federal Child and Family Services Review and received a -wide performance improvement plan (PIP). On November 6th, 2017, Colorado held our PIP kickoff event to improve the key goal areas identified and in collaboration with the six PIP counties – Arapahoe, Denver, El Paso, Fremont, Larimer, and Morgan.
The Child Welfare Performance Improvement Plan Learning Symposium will bring counties and stakeholder agencies from across the state together to share in learning about the challenges faced, the successes achieved, and the strategies utilized through the PIP. The PIP partner counties will be presenting on a variety of topics. Applicable participants will receive Child Welfare Training System credit.
