A New World Child Placement Agency

Mission

To ensure there are stable and committed families who are dedicated to helping foster children adapt and succeed during this traumatic time in their lives. High expectations combined with love and compassion is our desired goal and expected outcome to enable us and our families to make a difference with every child placed in their home. We recognize the ultimate goal is reunification and every effort will be made to empower and encourage this process if recommended and approved by the placing county.

Opportunities to get involved:

Become a foster parent. Adopt a child or teen.

Many families desire to welcome children into their hearts permanently but are unable due to the high cost of adoption. The average cost of private adoption is $40,000 to $50,000. Parents from all backgrounds who are open to fostering children until an adoption is approved by the courts can bring a child into their home for a fraction of the cost.

As a foster to adopt parent, you provide a child with the guidance, nurturance and safety you would give your own children. In return, we provide you with support services to help you address that child’s individual needs until the placing county recommends adoption and the parental rights have been terminated. You are responsible for the day-to-day care of the child, providing a safe place to live, food and clothing, and transportation to family visits, medical and dental visits and therapeutic services until the adoption is finalized. Once the adoption is finalized, the child is a permanent member of your family. Learn more.

Help a foster family

If you cannot be a Foster parent, you can be a support by becoming a Respite provider for the youth in our agency. If our Parents need help with care for more than 6 hours you can help them. Learn more.
