Have you ever wished for an interview do-over?

You know that engaging with children, youth, and families in a way that encourages genuine sharing is crucial to your child welfare practice, but do you ever feel like something is missing during an interview? Have you ever left an interview knowing that it could have gone better? Or have you been curious about how you might deepen your ability to connect authentically with families?
