Conference Tracks

Workforce Development (WFD) - The Colorado child welfare workforce is vital to the success of any child welfare intervention or program. The topics in this track will provide techniques and activities to continuously develop and support the workforce. Intended audience ranges from caseworkers and direct providers, to administrators and directors.

Strengthening Families (SF) - From prevention to strength-based intervention, the presentations in this track will explore activities that help strengthen families and potentially decrease the need for in-depth child welfare interventions.
