What evidence-based services are available in Colorado?

February 27, 2020

The Colorado Family First Prevention Services Act Services Subcommittee is seeking your help and input! The subcommittee has put together a brief survey to help determine what evidence-based services are currently available in Colorado. This survey will help determine what exists and what is needed to implement the Family First Prevention and Services Act across the state. Please include all services in your county regardless of the funding stream or if it is state-funded.

Download and complete this survey by March 13.

Please return completed surveys to Tiffany Sewell at tiffany.sewell@state.co.us.

If you have questions with regard to the survey please do not hesitate to contact Tiffany.
