Training Opportunity: Leading Practice Through Group Supervision

Have you ever struggled to manage group dynamics in group supervision?  Want to learn more about how to ensure a successful consultation experience? Consider Leading Practice Through Group Supervision on May 17th at the Denver Metro Regional Training Center.

Building on the knowledge gained in the New Supervisor Pre-Service Training Academy, this one-day interactive training for leaders will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities you need to effectively facilitate group supervision. 

You will explore:

  • Explore the differences between individual and group supervision;
  • Identify strategies for managing challenging group dynamics;
  • Gain knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively facilitate group supervision

You’ll leave the training prepared to initiate group supervision with your unit or to enhance the group supervision practices you already have in place.

Target audience for this training: supervisors, lead caseworkers, administrators.
