Use the new online Trails Dashboard to see real-time updates about Trails-related activities.
- Click on “Backlog Data” to see how many tickets have been opened and resolved on a month-to-month basis for the last year.
- Click on “R5 Readiness” to see the status of activities to prepare the system and our users for Release 5
- Click on “Roadmap” to see a high-level picture of all planned major releases for modernized Trails through 2020.
- Click on “Trails Ticket Resources” for information about submitting tickets and changing your password.
