Andie Scott joins OCYF as CMP Administrator

November 4, 2022

The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) Office of Children, Youth and Families (OCYF) is pleased to announce the newest addition to its team - Andie Scott (she/her), who will serve as the Collaborative Management Program (CMP) Administrator within the Division of Community Programs (DCP).

In Andie’s new role, her priorities include creating consistent onboarding and training for CMP Coordinators and developing a monitoring and auditing process for CMP sites.

Prior to joining CDHS, Andie was the CMP Coordinator in Denver County, working with the Denver Collaborative Partnership for almost four years. There, she focused on creating and facilitating collaborative teams to support youth and families involved in multiple systems. Andie also served for three years as the CMP Director in Garfield County where she worked in partnership with the County’s Interagency Oversight Group (IOG), Family Representative to develop a CMP training for in-home childcare providers.

In 2013, Andie earned a master’s degree in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb University. The program focused on creating community change through cross-systems collaboration.

She loves going to concerts and dance classes, cooking with her husband, and daily walks with her two Australian cattle dogs, Scout and Ghost.

One of her favorite quotes is from Helen Keller, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
