Training opportunity: Leadership Learning Collaborative spring cohort

Register for the spring cohort of the Leadership Learning Collaborative (LLC), a dynamic and interactive leadership learning experience that will have you leading with the proficiency to elevate your agency’s child welfare practices.

As child welfare managers, successfully leading your staff to achieve safety, permanency, and well-being with families is paramount. The LLC was uniquely developed for you, mid-level child welfare managers, with explicit focus on the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for you to elevate your leadership and promote your agency’s policies, personnel, and practices.

The CWTS is committed to championing your being the very best leadership version of yourself. To that end, the LLC includes knowledge acquisition attained through several webinar and online connections and skills practiced within two distinct classroom experiences, and you will be engaged in a rich and relevant relationship with a mentor. Successful completion of the LLC requires a four-month commitment.

JFK said, “Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” Visit our website to register for the next LLC series and take the first step toward becoming the change you wish to see in the world.

All face-to-face classroom sessions will be held at the Southeast Regional Training Center, 172 Justice Center Rd., Canon City, CO.

Learners earn 40 credit hours for completing this hybrid learning experience.
