Recruit LGBTQ foster and adoptive parents at 2019 Denver Pride

April 17, 2019

Join volunteers from the Colorado Department of Human Services, counties, child placement agencies and nonprofit partners to celebrate Pride and recruit foster and adoptive parents. CDHS is sponsoring a booth during the two-day festival, June 15-16, 2019, in Civic Center Park. Volunteer organizations will be able to distribute information and giveaways for their programs and answer questions about the process to become a foster or adoptive parent. CDHS will provide free fans as a giveaway for festival attendees.

Sign up here.

UPDATE: CDHS is sponsoring another recruitment booth this same weekend at Denver Juneteenth, June 15-16. Juneteenth will be two days this year, so many volunteers are needed to make both events a success. Sign up for Juneteenth here.
