    Foster parents provide temporary care of a child or children while supporting family and agency efforts to reunify the parents with their children. Most children served by the agency remain at home, but for those children whose safety requires temporary removal, the goal is always to reunite the family.

    Every day, foster parents stand up for children in our community by opening their home and their hearts to children in need of temporary parental care. Foster parents have many roles. One of the most critical is offering protection and basic provisions for children until their parents are ready and able to ensure those needs are met.
