CDHS releases RFP to provide training for attorneys who are prosecuting or handling child abuse and neglect cases.

The Colorado Department of Human Services has released a Children’s Justice Act Task Force Request for Proposal (RFP) to:

  • Determine the needs for training and professional development for city/county and district attorneys throughout Colorado;
  • Assess the current training and professional development offered to attorneys in Colorado; and,
  • Develop, manage and deliver training and professional development to city/county and district attorneys throughout Colorado.

This is RFP based on the Children’s Justice Act Task Force discussions about improving the competencies of district and county attorneys who are prosecuting or handling child abuse and neglect cases.
